By placing an order for physical hardware via henrik-scholz.de, operated by VALERIIA RIEZNIK, you accept these terms:

1. Hardware Functionality

The units are strictly physical, offline environments for data retention. VALERIIA RIEZNIK does NOT offer financial trading platforms, digital asset exchanges, or custody services. The product is sold "as-is" for local data security.

2. Liability Limits

VALERIIA RIEZNIK is not responsible for data loss due to physical damage to the hardware post-delivery, lost PIN codes, or compromised offline recovery phrases by the user.

3. Physical Warranty

Units are covered by a standard 24-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects under standard offline usage conditions.
